We try to answer all inquiries as soon as possible. On weekends, we can only be reached via Instagram Messenger. We usually respond within a few hours, even on weekends.
Personal contact with our customers is very important to us. We are happy to clarify any questions in advance and offer you the best personal service when buying your vintage watch. Therefore, we do not offer an automatized check-out process.
The ordering process:
– After receiving your inquiry and clarifying any open questions, we will send you an order confirmation and the invoice via email. After the payment was received, we will confirm delivery options with you individually.
We can ship with UPS Express “next day delivery” for most EU countries. DHL Express and INTEX are also options we use depending on your location.
In 90% of all cases you can receive the watch the day after the payment was received. Payment received until 11:00 am (Monday – Thursday) – delivery the next day!
We can also arrange delivery on Saturdays at a small surcharge for many locations!
