Start by contacting us with your watch details — brand, reference, condition, photos and any accompanying papers. We’ll review the information and begin the consignment process together.

Consignment Agreement

Once you and WATCHURBIA agree on terms and estimated value, we formally accept your watch for consignment. Our personal service ensures clarity and transparency from the very first step.

Insured Pickup or Delivery

We arrange an insured and tracked pickup of your watch, or you can deliver it to our facility. Everything is handled with care and security.

Inspection & Authentication

Upon arrival, your timepiece undergoes a full authenticity check, inspection of all components, and evaluation of condition — ensuring everything is genuine and ready for sale.

Professional Preparation

If needed, we perform any servicing (optional) and then take professional photos of the watch. Every listing we create is crafted to showcase your watch to its best advantage.

Listing & Sale

Your watch is then listed across our international channels and network of collectors. We leverage global reach to find the right buyer while you stay hands‑off.

Secure Sale & Payment

Once sold, we handle secure payment processing and make sure everything is finalized smoothly. You receive your payout promptly after the sale concludes.

Unsold Option

If your watch doesn’t sell within the agreed period, we return it to you at no extra cost*, so you remain in full control of your timepiece.

Our fees are transparent and fair, designed to reflect the time, expertise, and effort we dedicate to selling your watch. You’ll know all costs upfront, including commission, optional professional servicing, and handling/shipping fees — so there are no surprises along the way.

  • Sales Commission – 7%

  • Processing – 2%

  • Logistics – 2%

  • Your payout = 89% of the agreed selling price

To ensure a high-quality experience and a profitable outcome for both parties, we accept watches for consignment with a minimum expected selling price of €7,500. This helps us dedicate the time, expertise, and resources needed to present your watch at its best and reach the right collectors.
