IWC Yacht Club āCā Case design by Gerald Genta ā Ref. R811A ā 1969
The IWC Yacht Club is the equivalent to the Rolex Datejust. Powered by IWCās Pellaton automatic caliber 8541B, this 1969 gem is a great daily beater with a super nice wrist presence. The slate gray dial really makes this example a rare find. Most of the available dials are champagne or silver, some are blue. Most of them have strong defects on the dialās edges due to the way the movement is secured inside the case.
Our example has some visible signs of wear on the case and bracelet, but the dial and hands remain in super nice overall condition, with no defects but just some minor patina. Itās the original T Swiss T signed tritium dial (many available options with a gray dial are equipped with service dials!)
The solid original IWC bracelet fits up to 18.5 cm.
