Omega Seamaster Chronograph Ref. 145.016-68
A beautifully preserved example of the Omega Seamaster Chronograph from the late 1960s, powered by the legendary Calibre 861 manual wind movement.
Produced during an era where Omega created some of its most outstanding and enduring designs, the reference 145.016-68 perfectly captures the bold yet functional aesthetic that defined the brand at the time.
The watch features a beautiful well-preserved black dial with a subtle shiny patina, crisp white printing, and a striking white outer tachymeter scale. The contrast and overall balance of the dial give the watch a strong and unmistakably vintage character.
The case is exceptionally sharp and appears unpolished, still retaining its original circular brushed finish throughout. Edges remain strong and clean, while the watch keeps all original hands and its original crystal — details that give the piece a very honest overall feel.
Inside beats the Omega Calibre 861, one of Omega’s most respected chronograph movements, known for its reliability and smooth operation.
The watch is paired with our handmade Desert Drift suede strap (20mm), adding a warm and relaxed contrast to the monochrome dial and brushed steel case.
A sharp and honest example of one of Omega’s most attractive vintage chronographs.
